If only I could give more than 5 stars!

I want to preface this review as it is just for your sales rep and not a review of the company(which would only be a 4/5star). The website UX needs a little improvement and I was given different hours of operation(agents vs website). I had a few unpleasant experiences. I had somewhat been given the run around. Due to a transfer of ownership I had spoken to a few different agents but none could compare to Amanda Mello. I had not only the best conversation with her but she consolidated my decision with staying with Fetch. Although I have already done my own research on Fetch Amanda had assured me that it was the right choice. She started the conversation with a welcoming and warm ambiance. She answered all my inquiries clearly, concisely, and encouraged entreatment of future query. As she went through the policy she gave possible situations that may occur and where the policy would be beneficial in those instances. Aside from being amicable, and knowledgeable, Amanda has conveyed just how much she cares and how gratifying it is working for Fetch. It was truly a great pleasure and fantastic experience to confer with Amanda. She is sunshine incarnate, a constellation brought to life, and a veracious star in your sea of representatives. I look forward to renewing my policy with her in the future. Thank you.

Cheap but very slow process times

Very slow to process claims. My first claim they denied because they didn’t have my personal information which was on my paperwork. My second claim they said my dog wasn’t on the account even though he’s the only animal I have on my account. I’ve now been waiting almost 20 days for them to process my latest claim which I expect to still be processed given that I canceled my account today and that should have been processed weeks ago.

Delay tactics - very concerning!

Note that this is my first claim with this company, so I won't be receiving a reimbursement due to the deductible. I am concerned that a reimbursable claim will take even longer! Even though their premiums are lower than most, don't waste your money! I submitted my first claim almost a month ago and have been dealing with stall tactic after stall tactic since. I had to speak to someone on the phone (two weeks ago) to explain that I DO NOT HAVE records from the previous full year as this pet was adopted from an Animal Shelter as stated on the records from the Humane Society Vet!!! I was advised further documentation WAS NOT required. Fetch now has the medical records (SUBMITTED TWICE), the SOAP records from the current Vet and the invoice for the visit, yet they are now contacting my VET for further information???? Why???

Not Impressed with First Experience!

This is my first time making a claim. First, it kept telling me to add my "receipt of payment" method. I tried FOUR times to enter the routing number and the checking account numbers & received an error message each time. The error message contained an 800#, but it was visible for such a short time that I never caught it. So, I called both of the customer service numbers - ha, too bad, nobody was available to assist. Call back when they're open. This is the time that is convenient for me!! Last evening, my dog ingested raw scallops (fish); I was concerned the fish may be toxic, so I contacted an emergency vet clinic, which directed me to the Animal Poison Control Center. Your "Diagnosis Ladder" had no listing for APCC, so I wrote the info in the box below that area. Then I read where my claim may be delayed because there is no diagnosis. Well, I tried! Geez, the site didn't accept my attempts to enter my checking info, so it'll probably be delayed anyway. So far.....not impressed!
