The website UX needs a little improvement and I was given different hours of operation(agents vs website). I had a few unpleasant experiences. I had somewhat been given the run around. Due to a transfer of ownership I had spoken to a few different agents but none could compare to Amanda Mello. I had not only the best conversation with her but she consolidated my decision with staying with Fetch. Although I have already done my own research on Fetch Amanda had assured me that it was the right choice. She started the conversation with a welcoming and warm ambiance. She answered all my inquiries clearly, concisely, and encouraged entreatment of future query. As she went through the policy she gave possible situations that may occur and where the policy would be beneficial in those instances. Aside from being amicable, and knowledgeable, Amanda has conveyed just how much she cares and how gratifying it is working for Fetch. It was truly a great pleasure and fantastic experience to confer with Amanda. She is sunshine incarnate, a constellation brought to life, and a veracious star in your sea of representatives.
