Best insurance for your pet- by far!
We have a long haired dachshund whom we had for 6 years before he got ivdd. He's had 4 surgeries for different discs. Luckily, we purchased Healthy Paws Insurance for him when we got him.. We bought Healthy Paws the day we got him, not knowing how valuable it would be! A friend recommended them to us. We thank them every time we see them.! It was without a doubt one of the best purchases we’ve ever made. It is very easy to file a claim. They process that claim within a week usually. The best purchase you can make because unlike many pet insurance places there is NO limit to your amount of claims! I’m not writing this simply because Healthy Paws Asked if I would. We tell every one who has a pet that it is one of the best decisions you’ll ever make! Your pet deserves it, I promise!

I had an Embrace policy for 12 years
I had an Embrace policy for 12 years, moved to a new state and they wanted to double my premium due to "Market" in my new state. I provided documentation showing that everything for a vet visit was cheaper in the new state than the previous. Not having a footprint in a state (I checked with multiple vets, and none had any experience with Embrace) should not be reason to screw over a long-time policy holder. I canceled my policy after they were unwilling to offer any assistance.

Embrace is the best pet insurance I've experienced. We've had one or two frustrating moments in discovering what is or isn't covered, but the truth is, it's almost always right there in the contract. The only reason I won't give five stars is that we did try to appeal one claim for our now-deceased dog with notes from veterinarians and everything, but were still denied. We still think some portion should have been covered, but we grew too tired to continue to advocate after her death. But we still happily use Embrace for our other three animals.

Website slow and the list of diagnosis…
Website slow and the list of diagnosis limited. I’ve had nothing but troubles with this company. The first year we had a claim they made us jump through so many hoops I almost gave up. Finally, in the end they paid for part of the claims. We’re on our second year now and our premiums doubled. I’m in the process of looking for another insurance company. On the front end, when they answer the phone, they’re very cordial and friendly, but as you move through their system the phone calls become more abrasive, harder and short. After talking to several veterinarians They said that Embrace was not their first pick as a pet insurance company.thats easy to work with. My suggestion would be to look around a little more at other companies.

Always dependable
As usual, Pets Best, reimbursed my claim in a timely manner. I was kept informed through out the process. I have one very healthy Cavalier and one not so healthy Cavalier. This particular claim required more information from UT Animal Hospital and i still received my reimbursement in a timely manner. I have this insurance for 3 yrs for 2 pets and I am extremely pleased with Pets Best.

If only I could give more than 5 stars!
I want to preface this review as it is just for your sales rep and not a review of the company(which would only be a 4/5star). The website UX needs a little improvement and I was given different hours of operation(agents vs website). I had a few unpleasant experiences. I had somewhat been given the run around. Due to a transfer of ownership I had spoken to a few different agents but none could compare to Amanda Mello. I had not only the best conversation with her but she consolidated my decision with staying with Fetch. Although I have already done my own research on Fetch Amanda had assured me that it was the right choice. She started the conversation with a welcoming and warm ambiance. She answered all my inquiries clearly, concisely, and encouraged entreatment of future query. As she went through the policy she gave possible situations that may occur and where the policy would be beneficial in those instances. Aside from being amicable, and knowledgeable, Amanda has conveyed just how much she cares and how gratifying it is working for Fetch. It was truly a great pleasure and fantastic experience to confer with Amanda. She is sunshine incarnate, a constellation brought to life, and a veracious star in your sea of representatives.
