From Good to Terrible
So far, so good! Filed my first claim with the company and they reimbursed me quickly without any issues. Very happy so far! Update 12/19/2025: I have canceled my policy. This went from what appeared to be a very promising company to one that doesn’t care about communication, has an antiquated unusable app, and their web service isn’t much better. After multiple phone calls, I finally got through to a representative where I secured an email for correspondence. That was the only way to contact them. Not good at all. In businesses like this, communication is paramount to customer satisfaction and policy clarification. They fail miserably in this area and I question their coverage as well because nothing seems to go through unless they’re getting “extra information” from the vet, which they never seem to procure.

I have been using Embrace pet insurance for my three cats for the past two years. Embrace has been great when it comes to submitting claims and receiving payment reimbursement. I have not run into any issues with this company. Ive also called a few times with questions and their customer service is great. I would definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful experience after we lost our dog this week. We're devastated and during my cancellation call the rep was so compassionate. They informed me of my benefit that world cover part of my after care bill with my vet that included working with the cremation company. Very thoughtful and kind experience at a very hard time.
