Megan was the representative

Megan was the representative. She was very attentive and empathetic to my circumstances in terms of trying to get my account squared away.. I appreciated that she with the extra mile to explain my circumstances in order for me to be able to call back in to make the necessary payments. As a whole, I’d really do appreciate Fetch insurance for my my dog Paris so thank you for understanding.

IF YOU ARE CHOOSING A PET INSURANCE POLICY, DO NOT SELECT EMBRACE. THEY ARE A SCAM AND A RIP-OFF COMPANY

I opened a policy and paid my initial premium for my dog, Stella Blue, on 10/28/24. On Nov. 2, 2024, she had a traumatic neurological emergency which required a full day of tests, MRIs and treatment. By the ond of the day (11/1/24) I had incurred almost $7,000 in medical expenses, including about $5,000 for an MRI on Stella Blue. EMBRACE REFUSES TO REIMBURSE ME FOR ANY OF THESE EXPENSES. IF YOU ARE CHOOSING A PET INSURANCE POLICY, DO NOT SELECT EMBRACE. THEY ARE A SCAM AND A RIP-OFF COMPANY

Nationwide will more than double the cost of your monthly plan

Incredibly disappointed in Nationwide. I started with Nationwide six years ago when I was working for a company that offered pet insurance through them. I have since left the company but stayed with Nationwide because they had done such a great job covering my pet. My costs went up incrementally each year but I was fine with that. This past year, my plan went from $140 a month to $260 with no notice other than the usual auto-renewal. I called because I was positive it was a mistake but nope. Cancelled my policy and found another one with more coverage at a fraction of the cost. It's really a shame because I was hoping they were better than that. Regarding the response, Nationwide has achieved record sales the last three years in a row so I don't think the rate increase is necessary for "competitive rates and comprehensive coverage." Which is fine. Businesses want to make a profit. But lets just be honest about that.

Cancelled policy

They started out amazing when they said $50 would fall off my deductible every year I didn'thave a claim... starting at 32 when she was a puppy then 46 and now 80 a month. My Paisley is 4 and has never had a claim. They make up that $50 in no time. I can't imagine what premiums would be in a few more years. I cancelled my policy and have gone with another company with the same policy for $41 a month.

I am giving 5 stars because the agent was understanding and thorough. He was caught off guard by the subsequent offers I received from the company and was very professional.

I am giving 5 stars because the agent, Josh was great. I spoke with Josh last week and got a quote for $43.48 a month for coverage. Between the time that I called and today, I got 3 emails from the company saying that I could get the illness/accident coverage and wellness coverage for $43.48 a month. The last email saying the wellness would be covered was yesterday 11/4/2024. I went to sign up for the insurance and the wellness coverage was not included. I called Josh and he said he was unaware of the "promotion.' I sent hime the 3 emails and he said he would look into it. I ended up purchasing the insurance without the wellness package, but feel as though the company was quite misleading and the emails put your selling agent in a difficult position.
