Its a good insurance overall
Its a good insurance overall. I have not had issues at the moment after 6 years, the only complaint is they dont increase the reimbursement for wellness visit to the vet, I have been receiving the same amount back even when the vet costs are way up every year.

For new users, Please Please listen, This company is lying about everything. I spent about 2 years with them and now I want to claim a small surgery. what they told me is that I don't have medical record. I called my vet to get it and they now saying they need more records and confirm with the hospital. I told them to call and also notify my vet. MOST IMPORTANT: they did not make the call, and they claimed they can't get connected with the vet so they can't claim it. It's an endless loop that you will never never never get the reimbursement because they did not make any call to the vet.
