Pumpkin is a life saver
Pumpkin is a life saver. I was told my dog may need a very expensive surgery and I didn’t think twice about it knowing that I had this insurance. Well worth it. Easy to file claims and get paid. All of the customer service representatives are amazing

This company is horrible
This company is horrible. I had an underwriter decline my dogs SAR diagnosis stating that he had been blind before I adopted him. He had seen at least 5 veterinarians before I put him on the policy and not one of them noted any blindness. It literally happened overnight per my vet who also wrote them a letter. Save your money and go to Healthy Paws. They are a much better carrier. The sad part is that I have Embrace a shot because my agency sells their product. I have told everyone who will listen what a terrible company this is. I haven’t recommended this product to anyone ever again.

Awesome pet insurance company
Awesome pet insurance company. I have submitted several claims because my toy poodle became critically ill and she was hospitalized for a week. Fetch by DoDo was very helpful during the entire process. They acknowledged receipt of claims submitted. I could check the progress of each claim while they were being reviewed easily with the use of the app. They notified me when each claim was approved and they have paid out the claims quickly using direct deposit.

I am grateful to have Embrace Pet Insurance as an option for my cat's insurance needs. I have held an annual policy since 2018 and have had great customer service and support whenever filing a claim. They are incredibly quick in responding which I appreciate very much so.

Life affirming
Pumpkin was instrumental in giving my pet a longer life because of the accident and illness policy. It provided financial help with her expensive medicine and tests. I spoke with Zech about canceling the insurance policy for my kitty, Lulu. Zech was extremely kind when I told Lulu had crossed the Rainbow Bridge. This was a very hard conversation for me, but Zech was patient and very kind. Excellent customer service!
