I’ve had good experiences with Fetch Pet Insurance the two times I’ve filed claims. I just find their website a bit difficult to follow, but the customer service team is helpful

Peace Of Mind Pet Insurance
I've had Embrace Pet Insurance for my dog from the day I brought her home, nearly 6 years ago. Fortunately, until recently, I've only used the Wellness Rewards part of her coverage. Embrace has always been prompt with reimbursement for the items covered. Now recently, for the first time since having the policy, I had to file claims under the Accident/Illness coverage. So far, Embrace has been expeditious in completing the claims. One of the claims needed more info, and they immediately communicated that to me. So, knowing Embrace Pet Insurance is working the way it should, and giving me peace of mind, makes me pleased that I selected them for my dog's coverage.

Some good and some bad
Promptness and communication are great. However, they do not cover most of every vet bill we get. Plus the deductible combined with monthly fees are almost impossible to say it's a good investment, even if there's surgery or annual visits in one calendar year.

DO BETTER.
It’s amazing that I pay more a month for my pet insurance. Then I do for my own health insurance and yet they still have the audacity to deny claims. This company is garbage, They let me know that they denied my claim and Also, at the same time, let me know that they would’ve denied my claim, even if I reached my deductible. They have the audacity to sit there and argue and email back-and-forth with bold letters.

I've only just started with Pumpkin, but I opted for the preventative plan as well and was reimbursed quickly for my cat's well visit cost as well as the cost of one of his vaccinations.

Very Pleased with Healthy Paws!
Healthy Paws is the first/ only pet insurance we have ever used, so I can’t compare to others but we have been very happy over the past 7 years. Our dog recently had ACL surgery and the day after I submitted the claim It was approved and we were reimbursed our 80% soon after. The response time is quite fast and correspondence when needed has been pleasant and efficient. Very helpful with coverage for medicines, illnesses and injuries.
