PetsBest never honored the claim.

I have spent over 700$ paying PetsBest monthly, but they never processed my claim. I gave up after waiting for over a month. During this time I got about 7 e-mails from them stating that they are waiting for the records. I have explained to them many times that my old vet clinic closed and I went to another one for the first time. They kept sending me generic apologies and requests for records that do not exist. I have filed a BBB report and reported them to the Department of Insurance. I will never do business with them again. Do not recommend!

Really supportive

Supported me a lot when my cat had the anemia and needed blood transfusion. They proceed claims very fast and ensure the 80% coverage with a reasonable deductible.

Happy with Embrace Pet Insurance

It took a couple months from the time I submitted my first claim and when I received my first payment from Embrace, but all claims after that were paid very quickly. Having my payments made by direct deposit is very convenient. The process of filing claims is easy, and sending documents is easy. Overall, I'm very pleased with Embrace Pet Insurance and the fact that they have paid by claims.

I Wish Human Insurance Was This Good!

We have always had pet insurance for our rescue dogs, but we have been SO impressed with the "patient centered" care, was of filing a claim, communication, customer service, and speedy reimbursements from Healthy Paws. We hope we don't need it, but these past two years we really did need it! One of our pups, Clark, has had a string of bad luck, with two ACL surgeries back to back, and then getting a foxtail embedded in his face (!). With his heart condition, all procedures are risky, but Healthy Paws enables us to ensure he gets the BEST care. Everything is so expensive, so we are extremely grateful to Healthy Paws for the excellent service they provide. Thank you! Lori, Todd, Bella, and Clark.

I thought with this insurance I could…

I thought with this insurance I could have been covered better where the problem with my cat and her teeth and gotten reimbursed for some of the payment I had to pay. That was a lot for me for paying everything myself
