Horrible company
The claims process is ridiculous and long and at the end of the day it doesn’t matter what you submit because they will just deny it any way. Absolutely shameless. They are stealing from people who don’t have money to spare and then they have to pay for insurance that does nothing and also for their pets medical bills. Pumpkin pet insurance you should be ashamed of yourselves. I don’t know how I’m going to take care of my cat now because you have been stealing from me for months and I do not have money to cover my cats vet bills now. Disgusting.
Quick Claim Processing and Payment
The submission of the claim was straightforward and the payment for the claim was received quickly, must faster than that of a competitor with another dog. That said, I unfortunately have experience on just how to submit claims with the needed paperwork from a dog that had cancer. Once you understand the process and can get the submission right on the first attempt, things progress quickly with Pets Best. I will insure any future pets with this company.

Overall pumpkin is the best! I've never had issues when it comes to submitting claims & receiving payment after reaching my pets' deductibles. Monthly payments for each pet I think is reasonable. Customer service is always helpful and willing to tackle the issues I have! I always recommend to my other dog parents to use pumpkin :)
