I just obtained Spot Pet Insurance for my two dogs… First time I've ever had pet insurance in my life… Filled out the claim form post vet visit for a sick dog and check is on its way to me… only took 7 to 10 days… I've met my deductible!

Our claims were resolved very quickly! Downloading invoices was so easy and the response to claims was super fast. We had a different insurance company and they were so difficult to work with and accepted no claims. So glad we found Spot they are amazing.

I don't like that the soap notes can't be directly sent to Fetch. There was a place that refused to give it to me, but would wait for Fetch to contact them. The claims process was good.

Honestly thought the reimbursement…
Honestly thought the reimbursement payments would be much closer to actual totals and when needed for my dogs surgery it was only 1/4 of an emergency surgery for the better quality of life for my dog and unfortunately was unable to afford the surgery so my dog continues to suffer.
