Pets Best Pet Insurance has been…AMAZING
Pets Best Pet Insurance has been amazing to work with. I have 2 dogs. One has had pretty good health, and the other one has experienced two accidents which would have been costly without insurance. It gave me an incredible peace of mind knowing that I could have her treated and did not have to worry too much about the cost. Pets Best has paid out exactly as they say they will. No hassle, no issues. I appreciate them and the representatives greatly.

The process to submit a claim was simple, took a picture and uploaded it to the site. I received reimbursement for eligible expenses within 2 days via direct deposit into my bank account. This was so easy!

There are so many companies out there if you’re considering pet insurance. It really pays to take the time and compare coverages and pricing. It took me a couple of months, but I am glad I chose Pets Best.

I've been using Embrace for about a decade. They've always been prompt in paying claims, and I don't feel like they're looking for every opportunity to avoid paying. Claim submission has gotten easier and easier over the years. I haven't needed support a lot, but they've been great when I have--giving me extra data about ultilization, or more recently, running multiple scenarios with me to look for the right cost/coverage fit. They were patient and seemed to genuinely want to make sure I got the best option for my situation, not just the one that made Embrace the most money.
