Company refused to cover a new condition(ear allergies) because my dog had an ear infection 9 months ago. These are two unrelated conditions with two seperate causes. I am appealing the decision.

I don't like that the soap notes can't be directly sent to Fetch. There was a place that refused to give it to me, but would wait for Fetch to contact them. The claims process was good.

Honestly thought the reimbursement…
Honestly thought the reimbursement payments would be much closer to actual totals and when needed for my dogs surgery it was only 1/4 of an emergency surgery for the better quality of life for my dog and unfortunately was unable to afford the surgery so my dog continues to suffer.
