Highly deceptive marketing
Highly deceptive marketing. They claim to reimburse 90%. That is a lie I got back a little over $500, from an almost $1400 injury. I will be looking for better insurance for my dog. Probably Lemonade, once I do some research on the company. I will NOT be keeping this bullshit "insurance"...

"My schnauzer recently underwent an urgent care vet visit. Since multiple systems were involved, it was a little difficult to decide what to pick from the pick-list, but the opportunity to detail the problems in my own terms was helpful. Response was immediate. From notification of we've received your claim to your claim is being processed to here's your EOB to your money has been deposited in your account took a week maybe. I found that fantastic. Thanks PetsBest!"

Pumpkin is the best pet insurance ever…
Pumpkin is the best pet insurance ever made. When my dog Zuko got sick, they paid out over $60k in hospital bills with no questions asked - and they cover EVERYTHING! They pay quickly, the process is easy, and I am a customer for life. If you are shopping for pet insurance there is NOBODY more comprehensive or better than them. My dog is alive because of Pumpkin. We LOVE THEM!

Worth every penny
We have had Trupanion since both my dogs were puppies (8 and 7 years old now). Trupanion does not cover wellness and some other stuff, but they have allowed us to make sure our dogs get the care they need without worrying about how to pay for more than our deductible. As they have gotten older our premiums have increased, but we have continued paying the premiums as Trupanion has come through every time. They charge the deductible per condition, but after that has been met you only pay coinsurance and taxes. Twice now Trupanion has paid out more in claims for us than we would have saved just putting away the premiums alone. Several of the vets we have worked with also work directly with Trupanion, so there have been instances where because our vet filed claims for us in the past, we had already met our deductible for a condition when the big bills started to roll in. We cannot recommend them enough.
