waste of time and money
waste of time, waste of money on the insurance that they deny ,then you try to dispute it again weeks of stress and so far 2 claims still paid at ZERO, but yet paid insurance for it! START saving your cash for emergencies and no need of any pet insurances!

I called after I had made a claim for my dog and Pets Best forwarded a payment to my account not even 1/3 of the amount I spent at the office visit.I took out extended coverage of pet insurance when I first signed up for reimbursement of 85% of what ur bill is .Check this out 2024 received what I was to receive.. 2025 the excuse was I didn’t take her when new coverage was infect so I didn’t receive the amount I got in 2024.2025 just submitted claim this time we only pay a certain amount wellness visit..I am furious and give them a one star.. I plan on calling back Monday to get a supervisor or corporate because I don’t know who is playing games .What the since it makes to have reimbursement insurance with not only paying increase fees every year our pet ages.???I was givihg Pets Best great review to my family to purchase their insurance .Hell no

Procedure not covered
My dog needed medically, necessary repeated procedure. She needs her anal glands to be expressed once a month due to a unique problem that she has . I was told by Pets Best that if my Vet sent a letter saying this was a medically necessary procedure that it would be covered. I submitted that letter from my Vet.However, it was not covered, and it won’t be in the future is what I was told.

Good Customer Service goes a long way!
I spoke to Samantha and she was absolutely phenomenal. She took the time to assist me in the submission of a claim. She also explained in detail my policy coverage and how claims are calculated. She was extremely patient with me, and she also made sure that I clearly understood the coverage and the overall terms of my policy. She is extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of your company and is in my opinion a valued asset not only to the customer, but to your company as well. I feel that she should be rewarded and recognized for her dedication and loyalty not only to your company, but for the excellent customer service that she provides to your customers. I am requesting that Samantha receive special recognized before her peers for the excellent service that she provides your customers. Please give Samantha my sincere thanks and gratitude for a job well done and for making me feel valued as a customer.

Save your money, don’t sign up for this.
I regret signing up with this company. They always find reasons to not cover any part of “illness” claims, not even diagnostic testing, even when an accident was present, they will justify not paying a claim by saying no coverage for “illness”. If you select this company be prepared to pay hundreds per year for claims to be denied, poor customer service, and more time than it’s worth trying to fight to get payments for claims only for no favorable outcome and empty promises. The marketing by this company was also misleading (only pre existing conditions are covered under a certain pet age, which is not made apparent while signing up!). I do not recommend whatsoever.
