The customer service team is great!
The customer service team is great! They thank me for using their company as expected but, thanked me for saving my two dogs from the Amish puppy mills. They expedited my claims repayment and explained the how’s and whys of the coverage. Definitely an easy company to be a part of and very affordable.

Thankful to have this pet insurance
You never think and hope you don't need pet insurance for anything outrageous. Money should never be the reason to do or not to do something for your pet. But it helps to know that the reimbursement coming will cover a good portion of the higher bills. Our dog had the unfortunate experience of a life threatening incident and has since needed more help. With Pets Best, we have been able to give our pet the care and therapy needed. I will never own a pet without insurance again. I have recommended Pets Best to many people. They are efficient and fairly quick on reimbursing. Very happy with them!
