I wish my health insurance was this good

We have been a Healthy Paws member for six years and luckily have had only one major health issue with our adopted dog. He recently underwent surgery on his knee for a luxated patella. The claim process couldn’t have been easier. I was nicely surprised that the check arrived within a week of submitting the claim and all of the surgery expenses were covered including post rehab treatments, no questions asked. They even followed up after the surgery to check up on his progress. If only my health insurance company was so customer focused! Sent from my iPad

Trupanion is wonderful. Quick resolution

All of my claims were processed and paid within days of online submittal. Very impressed with how quickly the monies were deposited into our checking account. Especially when we had some big claims for a hospital stay.
