No Words to accurately describe how horrible
The company is shady and they just want money. If you look at the reviews on Yelp and BBB you’ll see plenty of complaints. When I filed complaints with the BBB it showed 24 complaints in the last 3 years, 22 of those in the last YEAR. They gave me misleading information to get me to sign up and then told me something different after I signed up. If you read the reviews on Yelp and BBB you’ll see similar stories. Stay away.
Also, if you leave bad reviews they just copy/paste some BS answer without actually reading what you wrote or listening to you. The worst and then some.

Excellent service and timing of claim
This is my first pet where I purchased pet insurance. I was very happy I did, as my cat had a mast cell tumor that needed to be removed. I submitted my claim with Pets Plus US and there were no issues with my submission. It was reviewed and processed in 2 weeks, money in my bank account. I would definitely recommend this company for pet insurance. One item to note that Pets Plus Us has a yearly deductible, where other pet insurance companies you have to pay the deductible each time you put in a claim.

Pet claims
Its so easy to submit a claim and the "wait time" is quick. MetLife Pet Insurance is prompt, convenient and the C/S department is extremely helpful.
