Horrible service.
We had the worst experience ever with this company. Our first claim that we filed with them was pending for over 1.5 months. I had to call them to look at it. Recently my second claim has been denied without any reason. It was for a hot spot well within the coverage. Their support link on the website is broken and they just sent me an email notifying me of an 18% increase in premium. We have not had any claims with them yet not even met our deductible. So this is just a little random increase. Overall, stay away from this company. Failed me on multiple levels.

Hi, I am new to the Fetch Pet Insurance family. As I only signed up today, I can only comment on my agent Megan Hampton. Megan has excellent communication skills and was very knowledgeable about the coverage for my pet. As I am not happy with my current insurance provider, it was a joy to speak with her.
