This was the first time I filed a claim with Pumpkin. The process is a bit cumbersome as each receipt must be filed on a separate form. However, credit of expenses to my deductible and a check submitted for the excess balance of eligible claims was quick and accurate.

Pumpkin is the BEST for your pet
We have used Pumpkin for our dog for a few years now, and every year I am so thankful to have them. This year we had an expensive emergency vet visit and the cost was 90% reimbursed. They are always quick and reasonable and every time I have had to deal with staff they are friendly and informative.
