Don't waste your time
This has to be the biggest crock I've ever heard of. Premiums increased have gone up by 400% since my initial sign up, with the latest increase nearly doubling my monthly rate. I've never filed a claim. Sick of the annual arbitrary price increases. Literally every other company has better service at a less expensive rate. What a joke.

The best pet insurance
Pets best is always there in time of need. Couldn't do without them. My ig collapsed at the park(Not a dog park) so I rushed him to the Er.. they suggested a specialist who ran many tests including an MRI. All the tests were so expensive i could not have paid those high bills unless I had pet insurance. Whew. Pet's best came through for us and reimbursed us for bills in a timely manner. Thanks to all.

This was my first time submitting a claim & it was easy to do and I was surprised how quickly claim & payment was processed.

Metlife pet insurance is the worst
Metlife will endlessly ask for records over and over. They will call your vet asking for the same records that they have already received 100 times over. No matter how many times you submit them. They continue to stall in hopes that you will just give up. Metlife is the worst. Don't waste your time and money.

Happy Healthy Paws customer of 10 1/2 yrs …
Healthy Paws customer for 10 1/2 years and have filed LOTS of claims. Healthy Paws makes filing claims easy and reimbursement checks are issued quickly. Their app allows you to see where your claim is in the process and shows the explanation of benefits and payment. Last thing, customer service is quick to reply to emails and you can get a real person on the phone as well! Love the service and highly recommend.

I've had a good experience with the company with all of my claims. I have had to call on at least fifty percent of them due to entry error for processing. But this has been very quickly addressed and corrected. I very, very, very much like the preventative care part of the package, and that has definitely made this worthwhile
