Great experience
We are very thankful for having Embrace pet insurance for our Dog Mylo. We had 2 of our other dogs tear their CCL and didn't have insurance. He now has cancer and this policy has been a life saver to help us afford his care. My only complaint is the automatic responses when there is an issue with the claims, its generic and doesn't give correct info for what is needed. I kept getting emails saying it wasn't legible when in fact the totals didn't add up. Would be nice to get correct info.

Read the one star reviews as you will see the same pattern. They are all based on the same reasons and rationales. There is nothing covered, there is always a loophole or an excuse to deny coverage. I have cancelled my policy.
