I really enjoyed paying for health insurance for my pets, Paco and Samy. Everything is very easy and fast through the app. They cover most of my services, and I feel very secure paying for my dogs' health insurance because they always cover any medical expenses at the vet. Spot is the best!

I was always hesitant to get pet insurance. It only took me 20 years to realize what a no brainer is can be based on my friends' experience with pet insurance. Stumbled upon SPOT from 2 separate people and decided to get insurance for BOTH of my dogs. It is a no brainer for sure. I can't believe it took me this long to realize, but I guess better late than never.

It was my first time getting home…
It was my first time getting home insurance after purchasing my home. However, I decided to leave because the insurance price was higher than that of other companies. The customer service representative, Sarnia, was exceptional. I want to compliment her for her outstanding service. She was kind, understanding, and truly considerate of my situation. During our call, I genuinely wanted to stay with the insurance company because of her. However, in the end, I decided to leave due to the cost.
