My previous claim was denied for reason I didn’t understand. Now, I can’t give positive feedback yet because I’m not sure if they will approve it. I’m considering stopping or switching to another company if nothing will be covered on this one . I had been paying premiums for more than a year now which I could use to cover the expenses.

So glad we signed up for Spot Pet Insurance when we got our new pup in 2023. Doc Holiday required a bone-spur removal from his elbow and Spot Pet Insurance processed the claim within 5 days of submission. They even contacted the vet for the chart notes! It's easy to sign up and they have several options to make the pet insurance affordable. 2023 & 2024 premiums have been recouped just by this one surgery!

Chocolate/Caffeine Poisoning Incident Covered
Our small dog got into and ate a significant amount of dark chocolate and dark chocolate covered expresso beans over the holidays. We had to take him to the ER to induce vomiting and they kept him overnight to monitor his heart and administer fluids. This was the first time we had to submit a claim, and it was straight forward and paid quickly.
