I know I can’t get a favorable result…
I know I can’t get a favorable result from my experience and I understand that but…….. this situation wasn’t my error and I felt Embraced should have offered me the opportunity to present the new credit card that replaced the credit card for a fraud issue. This happened the same time I initiated a policy with Embrace Pet Insurance

A lovely surprise
My dog is getting older, with a growing likelihood of needing medical care. But I have been super skeptical about pet insurance, to be honest. My son and daughter in law, however, suggested I check out Embrace given their cat experience, so I went ahead and signed up. Recently I used it for the first time, and I was so pleased. Filing a claim was amazingly easy, and the claim was settled in little over a week. When I received the check days later, it was very clear what was paid and why, and there was nothing seemed questionable or unclear. I am so glad I got it when I did!

Calling Fetch was a great experience
I had to call into Fetch for assistance in submitting a claim for my toy poodle. The Fetch representative that I spoke with was very empathetic when I explained what my puppy had gone through over the past ten days while she was hospitalized. She was ever so helpful explaining the process to file the claim. I appreciate her helpfulness and the level of concern that she expressed over the phone. I have since submitted five separate claims over the past two weeks and they processed and approved four to date. I am so relieved, first and foremost that I chose Fetch by Dodo for my pet insurance and second, that they are very quick to process and approve the claims that have been submitted to date.

Premiums doubled in three years
Premiums doubled in three years with no history of claims. Over the lifetime of the pet, total premiums would exceed $20,000. Canceled my policy. I’ll just pay out of pocket.
