So happy to have selected MetLife Pet Insurance. Easy to submit my claim online and they respond immediately after receiving it. They are quick to review my claim and inform me the amount that is being deposited in my bank account.

Real life savers!
Healthy Paws have literally saved my dog Pablo‘s life. I am forever grateful that their team is very easy to work with have not had any problems, and when it matters most they come through quickly without delays. Without them,I probably wouldn’t have my fur baby today. I hear of people having issues with their pet insurance and I can’t say that I have one thing to complain about. Whenever I’m sitting in the vets office, which unfortunately has been quite a few times, I always tell people about Healthy Paws. They truly are lifesaver!

Reliable and timely
Healthy Paws is great. Last few years in particular have been exceptional - lots of health issues but timely review and reimbursement of claims and minimal follow-up for documentation. The rates have even become more competitive after several years of hikes. Can't imagine life without it - we have for both our dogs.

MetLife far exceeded our expectations
Our cat had a significantly expensive trip to the vet recently. While we knew we had insurance, we were simply not expecting the amount of coverage that MetLife provided.
