Your customer service reps I’ve spoken with on the phone have always been caring, knowledgeable, helpful and reassuring. I went through a scary situation with my dog this year and I was so grateful to be able to get her into an Urgent Care as soon as possible without worry of extra expenses in such a stressful moment.
