Prompt and Efficient
I have ASPCA pet insurance for both my dog and cat. Recently my dog had an ACL tear and had surgery to repair it. Filing the claim was very easy,and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the claim processing took place.I was very satisfied with the entire process and would encourage my friends and family to insure their pets with ASPCA. The follow up phone call about Emma was well appreciated.

Awesome!
I've had Embrace for 4 years now. It is worth every penny. We have changed our plan guidelines a bit here and there (when she was a puppy we had it a bit higher due to more frequent vet visits), but I'm so glad I have it. 1. Peace of mind (knowing I won't have to choose between saving my pet and going broke!) 2. the claims are VERY easy to do 3. Direct Deposit 4. quick service I've NEVER had a problem with embrace and recommend it to everyone I know!

I just love embrace....
I had been researching pet insurances for some time and thought I had found a great one. Needless to say when I sent in my first claim, all I got was the run-around. I cancelled with that insurance and started the elusive search again. This time I found Embrace. From the very beginning the customer service was astounding. I adopted sprinkles from a shelter and along with insurance for major illnesses I was seeking wellness insurance. She has skin problems and I was concerned about her scratching. Thanks to embrace wellness insurance I am able to get her nails clipped monthly and get reimbursed for this wellness service without any hassles. She still scratches from time to time but I feel better knowing that her claws are being maintained so she doesn't hurt herself.

We adopted our German Shepard X from the SPCA almost 10 years ago and signed her up for insurance right away as we knew from experience how much it can cost when an accident occurs. Fortunately she was very healthy for years and now that she is a senior dog and experiencing health problems we have Trupanion. We receive acknowledgement of claims right away, payments are very prompt, and we get nice messages wishing her well. We know that they are probably automated but still really nice to get. Representatives we have spoken to on the telephone has very very nice. Just a pleasure to deal with.

Healthy Puppy because of Healthy Paws!
Our little guy had a terrible allergic reaction to something possibly a bee that he ate. His eyes were swollen shut and muzzle double the size. We whisked him to the emergency hospital and we were informed that he was having an anaphylaxis reaction and another shock where his gums were turning gray. All worked out and after iv's and meds he is back to normal. Through all our turmoil we did not have to worry about our coverage. Healthy Paws is the best with personal and caring customer service.

Trupanion made a costly surgery easier to deal wit
Our dog had knee dysplasia requiring surgery. Trupanion was easy to work with, despite having 3 different veterinarians affiliated with the claims. Was able to get reimbursed quickly in order to easily make payment when my credit card statement came due.
