Thank you. Pets Best is simply "the Best." We currently have three dogs covered and Pets Best pays exactly as agreed. As a pet owner, it is wonderful to make a health care decision withouth having to consider the economic aspect.

Quick response.
I submitted a wellness claim. I had two invoices and should have sent them separate as one was from July and one from mid August. The July one I wasn't sure if would be paid as not sure how much was in wellness account. I felt the August one would be paid as was start of policy renewal beginning of August. Received an e-mail about not paying the July invoice but nothing about the August invoice so I called and was told that someone was working on it. Felt could have acknowledged that it was being worked on as thought it was discarded along with the July invoice. All-in-all I am happy with Embrace. As far as the wellness policy is concerned is there a higher amount policy that I can purchase as Milo goes 2-3 times for wellness (usually every six months) and also have his Sentinel and Advantix meds.

Never disappointed
Our recent trip to the vet was for a rather large hot spot on our yellow lab. After leaving the Embrace claim form with the staff we returned home with meds prescribed and a playful shaven lab on one side of his face. The bill was for $160.69 and after about a week we had an email sent saying it was covered and applied under the deductible. I did a lot of research before settling on Embrace and to date have never been disappointed.

Makes a painful experience a little better
We lost our beloved welsh corgi six months ago. He became very ill very quickly and had to undergo multiple tests over multiple days. Although x-rays and blood tests revealed nothing unusual, an ultrasound revealed an abscess in his liver that was probably masking a tumor. In light of his age and overall physical condition, we determined that euthanasia was the best option. At the time, I did not even consider the cost of any of the tests or treatments. We just wanted to do what was best for our dog. But after the credit card bill arrived with all of the vet charges, I was pleased to remember that we had pet insurance through ASPCA. It covered 80 percent of the charges, including the euthanasia. The loss of our beloved Bert was hard enough. At least the bills were manageable thanks to ASPCA.

Healthy Paws = great investment
My baby, Coco had to have emergency surgery to remove a foreign object from her stomach...during the surgery, the surgeon discovered a major artery not filtering through the liver correctly and they needed to put a shunt in. The surgeon said she likely would have started going through liver failure at some point and they would not have known this was going on only by opening her up to remove the foreign object. I never had to second guess what they were doing for Coco because I knew she was protected by Healthy Paws. I did consistently check that vet records were received because there were 3 different vets due to various moves I've made. But every time I called, every representative I spoke to was helpful and very courteous and professional. Most even stopped and asked how Coco was doing. Once all records were received, they opened and completed my claim within 2 days. And they covered everything I expected them to at 90%. What would have cost $3600 out of pocket only ended up costing $900. And my baby is recovering very well. Healthy Paws was definitely the best choice and a great investment!

Great insurance, and great service
I insured my dog with Healthy Paws as soon as I adopted him 1 year ago. He was a 6 year old beagle mix that seemed very healthy, but in the last year he went through several health issues, including a persistent limp, a lipoma, a fibroma, a smal tumor in his eyelid and a fractured tooth. Healthy Paws paid for 90% of all the needed treatment, including surgery, x-rays and chiropractor treatment. And they paid promptly and with great customer service. I couldn't be more pleased with this company.

Very happy with this service, definitely recommend
I have an elder dog, who was recently diagnosed with mammary gland tumor, which had to be taken out quickly, which meant surgery. It was very stressful for all of us, and we were so glad that we had insurance for our dog, who is a member of the family. The insurance paid for most of the expenses, except for the doctor's visit, and minus the deductible. They process claims from 7-10 days, once the claim is received (it actually took about 7 days for us). I was very impressed with them, since they did what they promised. It does not cover pre-existing conditions, but dogs and cats may get sick from something which they did not have previously, and it is really great to have it, just in case. This way you do not have to postpone any treatment, if it's needed. I have used other pet insurances in the past, and prefer this one, just because, they do not dictate, how much each treatment should be, they cover the percentage that you choose. It's great for an older dog or a cat (up to 13?, I think).

MRSA Virus
My dog is a Therapy Dog and we visit nursing homes. He contracted the MRSA virus at one of them. I don't know what I would have done without this insurance with all the medicines, X-rays, scoping of the lungs and biopsy's. Very costly. ASPCA Ins paid 80% of Toby's Vet Bills after his $100.00 deductible.
