Great to deal with. Even though we don't know what is wrong yet they have been awesome. Customer service team is very understanding and calming --- even when i call in a panicked state. Claims service had been very efficient and I am so thankful for the service and the coverage.

Worth every penny!
4 years ago we lost our girl kitty to cancer. We didn't have pet insurance at the time and we were quickly out $5000. After that, I looked into pet insurance and got policies with ASPCA. They have been incredible in the times we have submitted claims. Never any issue in getting reimbursed. Our older kitty who is approaching 17 is starting to have "old kitty" issues and it is reassuring to know that we can continue to give him high quality care without going into significant debt. We will always have insurance and will continue to have our policies with ASPCA.

TOTAL CONFUSION
I got my Pit mix puppy November 3, I took him to the vet November 4. He was a rescue. He was pretty sick and had skin issues. I'm JUST finding out that his skin issues ARE not covered because it had not been a year since he was treated for it last. I'm pissed because I got the coverage because I know Pits have skin issues. I thought I explained this to the rep when I purchased it. I'm waiting to hear back after they've listened to the call to see if it was her error. I'm sure it's explained, but I either didn't understand or read it carefully enough. Just be CAREFUL read it carefully, the terms and conditions. It's stating it's a chronic issue because it's all dermatalogical. Flaky skin and hot spots are the same thing according to Embrace. Their Wellness is excellent. Just ask 1000 questions!! BE AWARE! The wording is tricky! I may owe them an apology, but I still feel duped. I'm tempted to cancel. I had recommended them to A LOT of folks! SMH.

We decided to insure our daughter's service dog (Doberman) thru Trupanion after learning that our Vet uses this insurance for his own pets. It has been a truly wonderful experience working with Trupanion. They have answered questions thoroughly, worked well with our Vet's office, processed claims promptly and shown a great deal of concern and compassion for the treatment and recovery of our very special dog. I have recommended this company to others considering insuring their pets and will continue to do so without reservation.

Excellent Pet Insurance
ASPCA Pet Insurance has been very helpful to me and my Pug Max. It seems that we are visiting the vet for some reason or another. ASPCA processes claims fairly quickly and with ease. I recommend them to anyone I know with a pet.
