We would highly recommend Pet's Best to any pet owner. Our policies give us so much piece of mind when it comes to caring for our pets for anything that might happen. We have used the claims portal successfully many times and always receive a clarification of what is covered. This was the only insurance we could find with an affordable rate and high coinsurance percentage to make it make sense economically. Don't wait until it's too late. Irritating wait, but pleasant reimbursement

Good experience signing up for pet insurance
The experience of signing up (with Rebecca!) was absolutely 5 stars....actually 6 stars! She helped me make good health and financial decisions about Lottie's coverage and was transparent about those decisions. She's honest and helpful and patient. I've been meaning to get pet coverage for 2 months and feel good that I finally did it - thanks in large part to Rebecca. That happened today so I have no input yet about Prudent Pet except that they hire good people.
