Horrible Experience
The worst experience I've ever had with a company. After being a 10 year loyal customer to 24PetWatch - they moved my account without my approval to Hartville who then debited my account without my approval for over $3,900, more than 6x what I had been paying. They then refused to return the full amount to me. Completely unethical.

Easy and fast reimbursement!
Thanks to Pets Best, I could quickly and easily book my dog's TPLO surgery without having to worry about being able to pay for it. I had opted for higher coverage this year and am so glad I got it. Pets Best responded quickly to my claim and reimbursed within days after receiving the medical records.

I feel it's necessary to adjust my original review (below for reference). While I will be forever grateful to Embrace for covering my dog as mentioned below during her Pancreatitis diagnosis, the customer service didn't last. A few months later my other dog was severely limping so I took him to the vet. He has a luxating patella which was a pre-existing condition so I knew that if this was the cause of the limping it wouldn't be covered. The vet thought his limping was caused by a torn ligament and not his patella. We did the necessary x-rays to be sure and she was right. So I submitted the claim to Embrace. They promptly denied the claim do to "hind limb lameness being a temporary pre-existing condition". I immediately called and explained the lameness (limping) wasn't due to his existing condition. It didn't matter. Because he limped prior to coverage he had to be limp free for 12 consecutive months. This is ridiculous there are MANY reasons a dog could be limping and to not cover a legitimate medical issue because the dog limped once upon a time is silly. I shopped around for new insurance and found a much better plan thru my employer and canceled the plan with Embrace immediately. Do yourself a favor and look at ALL options available before signing up with this company. I've never had to use pet insurance before, but I'm so glad I had it. My dog was diagnosed with pancreatitis and spent a week in and out of the hospital. Embrace covered everything as promised, all claims were paid quickly, and the representatives had great communication along the way. I highly recommend this company!

Great company.
Great company! Easy to get a hold of a human being if you have questions. When my dog passed they sent me a card made with wild flowers to plant in her memory. It was very sweet. Submitting a claim is fairly easy and the return is pretty quick too. I wish they were cheaper but everything is expensive now a days. I will never not have insurance ever they are a blessing.

Terrible Experience
Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I signed up for Embrace Pet Insurance thinking it would give me peace of mind, but instead, it’s been a nightmare. For five months, they charged my credit card without ever reviewing my pet’s health history. Then, when I finally submitted a claim, they denied it due to "pre-existing conditions"—conditions they never even asked about when I enrolled! How can an insurance company take your money for months without verifying coverage eligibility? It feels like a scam—they happily collect premiums but refuse to pay out when you actually need them. The worst part? Their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful when I tried to resolve the issue. If you’re looking for real pet insurance that actually covers your pet, look elsewhere. Embrace will take your money and leave you high and dry when it matters most. Waste of time and money.
