Worst insurance.. run!!
When i asked why they would not cover my $800 invoice from my vet for my dog who was diagnosed with pancreatitis they told me my dog had a pre-existing condition when he did not. I asked why they said that and they said because i told the vet he was sick the with the sicknees the night before. What the ?? Also it took them over a month to determine this bull

Horrible Insurance Provider
They go up on their rates 30% each year, never pay a full claim, and take 4-6 weeks before you hear anything. My rate went from 113.00 per month to 170.09 and I had no payout. Stay away from this provider.

Healthy Paws is the only pet insurance I trust to protect my dogs!
I cannot exclaim my praise for Healthy Paws loud enough! I have been a Healthy Paws customer for years and have had zero problems. I use their direct deposit option for reimbursement and have always received the money faster than they promise. My healthy Paws policy has really paid for itself since my dog got diagnosed with cancer. They have paid every claim keeping him as healthy as possible for as long as possible and the only questions they ask is how Tyson is doing. I have had the option to get different pet health insurance through my employer but Healthy Paws has always covered any need my pets have and I would not trust any other company to protect us the way Healthy Paws has.

Rude unprofessional trashy customer service.
Rude, smug, smarmy customer service. Really rotten employees. I’m looking for another pet insurance company and am going to read my Vet the riot act for promoting this unprofessional trashy company to me. Do NOT trust Trupanion and if your Vet recommends them then do NOT trust your Vet. Find a new Vet because they have no integrity if they recommend Trupanion. With employees like Shantell, I wouldn’t trust these people to walk my dog let alone provide insurance they will weasel out of paying if at all possible. Really a horrible scummy company all around. Low life trash.

Never carried insurance for our dogs. My friend is a vet and recommended I purchase insurance thru Pets Best. Very glad I did. Excellent customer service, easy to submit claims and worth the cost. Very happy I listened to my friend.
Easy to use great insurance
It is easy to file a claim and they respond quickly. The claims are paid quickly and are easy to understand. I am very satisfied with them and would highly recommend.

The online portal is really easy to use. You can download forms with your details on them and submit them digitally with photos of your soap notes and receipts. Couldn’t be easier. Can take 4-6 weeks for reimbursement but everything is really streamlined on the user end.
