Mobile App UI/UX needs improvement

I used the mobile app to submit my claim. It didn't have the same questions as the web app. The UX and UI led me to not submitting enough information about my reason for the visit and not including both pages of the invoice.

Very thorough

Chelsea was very thorough and answered all of my questions. She provided me with all the options but wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell me options that didn't make sense for me or my pet.
