Highly Recommend!
I’m so thankful that we obtained pet insurance through Spot Insurance for our puppy! We have submitted 3 claims, and have been reimbursed 90% within 3 days of submitting them. Great service, and very friendly representatives whenever I’ve had to contact them. Would 100% recommend Spot Insurance. Well worth the monthly fee.

Don't Use Fetch!
My wellness claims for a healthy dog's yearly wellness visit got denied. I paid this company for months for wellness and wasn't able to use any of the benefit because they denied claims multiple times for reasons the company would call "mistakes" when I called. It was clear they were just coming up with any reason to deny me and a total pain to deal with the claims. I dropped the coverage. It's not worth hours of my time to get a tiny bit of coverage for a simple yearly checkup.

Not sure why I had to pay for 2 months up front. Didn't have to do that the last time since the premium is automatic withdrawn from my paycheck.

poor quality phone service
The company does not seem to have a working telephone line. It puts you onto infinite hold and then never picks up. I have called at least six times without getting anyone to respond.
