False advertising. Waiting period for Ortho injuries including breaks
I read the entire policy and website before signing up. I even read their sample policy. After signing up, I tried to get a copy of the orthopedic report card only to find out that they no longer accept it despite what the website and policy state. Rest assured I'll be filing a lawsuit if something happens to my dog before I can switch him to a better company. If they can't even follow their own policy or website, you definitely can't trust these guys. I'll be filing a bbb complaint as well. Go elsewhere.

It is my first time getting pet insurance. This company did so much for me and helped me through it. I have a new member that I took in. We bonded since the first day we met. I have a black cat named Baby-girl. She is amazing. I will spoil her cause the guy that gave her to me was being evicted. So I want to give her everything he hasn't or wouldn't do for her.

I was able speak to a representative to figure the best plan for coverage, deductible, and payment. I was able to navigate the app well to file claims I'm not well versed in tech. Payments are made after a claim with convenient options.

Been insured with sonnet for 3 years
Been insured with sonnet for 3 years. Rate went up after the first year for zero reason. No speeding ticket, no accidents nothing. Was recently pulled over and was given a ticket for failing to provide valid insurance. Obviously the stress of being pulled over had me flustered and I gave the wrong expired paperwork. My insurance was valid yet the cop gave me a $60 ticket which I paid a few days later. Sonnet felt it was worthy of almost a $1200 a year increase! This is an absolute scam and I highly recommend not using this corrupt company.
