LOVE

"I LOVE Pets Best, seriously I refer everyone I know to them. I have had several very large claims over the last few years (double ACL replacement on one dog, major liver surgery on another, & all 3 dogs being hospitalized for ingesting raisins), things that if I didn't have pet insurance I am not sure I would have been able to pay for and I am so so thankful that because of having Pets Best, I was able to say do whatever you have to, to save my babies. I have heard horror stories of other pet insurances denying claims or capping certain things at whatever amount. I haven't had that experience with Pets Best. I submit my claim, and within basically 2-3 weeks it is reviewed, paid and closed and the explanation of benefits is SO easy to understand. In addition to that special shoutout to CareCredit, because without them I don't know how I would've done it either. Pets Best lets you choose CareCredit for your reimbursement so they sent my claim paid amount right straight to my CareCredit card that I used so there is no hassle with it. Thank you thank you thank you!!"

Help In a Bad Luck Situation

"I'd only had my nearly 8-year-old rescue, Maya, for a couple of months when she began showing scary symptoms of an internal problem. After many expensive vet visits, cancer was discovered in multiple organs. Losing a great dog so quickly was awful! Getting substantial financial help from Pets Best made a horrible experience a bit easier to take. I found them to be a very good company to deal with."

Coverage

We adopted our fur baby in July 2024 and signed up for Pets Best immediately. It has been a game changer for us. Puppy had to have surgery at 8 months for a piece of cartilage stuck in his shoulder joint. Our coverage paid all but 10% for surgery, pre-op and post-op exams, and all of the medication he has needed for months. He is almost back to full use of his leg. We recommend Pets Best to all of our friends with pets and to those thinking of adopting.

It's probably best that you don't ask…

It's probably best that you don't ask me for a review after you've sent me an automated message telling me that you've denied my appeal of your denial of my claim. I made a case that would stand up in court--but the appeal was not only denied--but denied by a machine, not a human being. My dog is suffering. His vet prescribed physical therapy in November (it's May now, BTW)--and we went to one of the few places in Chicago. Our claims were denied because there wasn't a vet on site. So, I then took him to a place with two vets on site. One of them prescribed Rune's treatment plan. The first treatment session was partially approved (they refuse to cover manual manipulation, which is necessary to determine the dog's condition). But his next treatment visit was denied because it was not performed nor directly supervised by the vet (the vets don't....do that; physical therapists do. They didn't directly supervise his first visit either, which they covered). I've had to hold off treatment while I've been waiting for my appeals to go through--and my dog is shaking. He may need surgery now--so I hope Embrace enjoys paying for that.

Super easy and hassle free

Super easy and hassle free. I appreciate how smooth the process was and use of the app to submit the claim. It’s already stressful dealing with a sick pet, so this took one less thing off my plate worry about.

Fetch a s not the insurance company you…

Fetch a s not the insurance company you want for your pet. I totally agree with those who wrote that Fetch will find a pre-existing condition no matter what.
