Healthy Paws - A Caring Pet Insurance
I highly recommend Healthy Paws.
Our dog got sick, went to an emergency hospital, went to his regular vet, and ended up in a hospital for four days. The day after we submitted the claims, we received an email that Healthy Paws received medical documents and invoices. Next day, we received another email telling us the claims have been reviewed and completed. Seven days after we submitted the claims, we received a follow-up email asking us how our dog is doing. That evening we received the checks.
I was quite surprised how efficient the process was. Not only Healthy Paws handled our claims well, they were concerned the wellbeing of our dog. That is why I highly recommend them.

Best Pet Insurance
My Ellie Mae has a large lipoma that required a cat scan. Once I paid the bill ($1680.) I submitted the claim form and
the paid invoice to Healthy Paws for processing. Within a week I received my refund, (based on the deductible).
I find the customer service amazing.

Robbery
We have been with petplan for 6 years with our relatively healthy cav. We've submitted 3 claims in that time for minor issues.
In the 6 years out policy has increased by 1500$/ yr
They have no explanation for this except it should increase yearly.
The payout for our claims total is about 400$.
