Wonderful Experience!
Customer service was friendly. Process of claims is fast and detailed. Loved the fact that the vet was able to submit estimate and claim to them directly so that i didn't have to pay in full and wait for reimbursement. It made the stress a little less, with not having to worry about that! I was able to focus on my dogs diagnosis and treatment plan.

Web site very intuitive. I have never before filed a claim. Thakfully I hav never needed to before now. But when in a situation where you are fearing for your pet's health, it was an easy process for me to follow and submit for reimbursement.

Whenever I call I always get the best service. Their customer service is top notch. If the person answering the phone doesn't know the answer they talk to someone else, you don't get shuttled around from person to person.
