Highly Recommend Spot
I have had an excellent experience with Spot Pet Insurance. I have had Spot Insurance for years and this year is the first time I have actually used it. It took me a while to build up to my deductible, but I have a pretty sick 7-year old pup and we have not been able to identify the issue. The insurance is very quick to reimburse by direct deposit. The website is super helpful by allowing you to track your claims, etc. If you have a fur-baby and there are any illnesses it can cost hundreds to determine the causes - well worth it.

Amazing customer service whenever I need it. Filed a claim and it was approved within 48 hours and the money was in my bank account within the next 48 hours. Everything was plainly explained and it was such a pain free process. Could not be more pleased!

CLAIMS PROCESS
Just confused about how the claims are processed because I have two sitting there in queue and then I submitted another one and they've already paid me for it!! (which is awesome) but the other two are still just sitting there. When I called in the agent said well it just depends on if an agent picks them up or not to process them. It can take two to four weeks and up to a month she said. 😏🤔

Took repeated submission of data (which they did not bother to read)
Claims requested they need more information so I contacted them and submitted the requested infodrmation. ] Again I got a request for more information. I spoke with a supervisor and AGAIN submitted requested information. AGAIN got a requst for more information. Spoke with another supervisor who said that CLAIMS had not yet looked at what we (supervisor and I) had submitted. AGAIN I got a request for more information. I BEGGED THEM to look at what had REPEATEDLY been submitted. Absolutely disgusting.
