Don't do it

Don't do it, you'll be sorry! You will be fighting a constant battle with these blood suckers as they try to find ANY reason to determine your claim to be a "pre-existing" condition. They used to be better, but they are totally out of control! How bad you ask? Well, the latest battle is MetLife claiming that despite claiming to cover dental cleanings, they are claiming that my dog's recent dental cleaning is not covered as it is a "pre-existing" condition!!!! So dental cleanings are covered, but apparently if your dog previously had teeth they won't cover it?!?! Shop around. These guys are a fraud, and you can do FAR better!

Sonnet couldn't change the start date of our policy resulting in a loss for us

Typically my husband and I would have nothing but great things to say about Sonnet. However we have encountered a very unfortunate situation that has not been able to be resolved by Sonnet. We are moving houses and had signed up for a new policy, however my husband input the wrong start date. We thought this would be an easy fix, but after multiple hour+ long phone calls and many transfers, they told us they could not change the start date of our new policy. My husband has his car insurance bundled with the home insurance. We were told we had to cancel that policy, have myself sign up for a new policy, resulting in a higher car insurance payment for him, wait a month, cancel this new policy, and have him sign up again for a new bundled insurance policy. All of this just because they couldn't change the start date of the initial policy we signed up for. We are out of pocket for the difference in his car insurance, have wasted multiple hours trying to get this sorted, and it is still not resolved, all for a date change.

DO NOT USE THIS VET

500$ later and my cat is still bleeding they are of no help and a useless vet office their are more great vets who do a better job in Anderson please I beg you take your fur babies to them , called back to speak to someone about this and the vet I got the phone told me the first vet said I refused treatment on an open wound which I in fact did not I asked him five plus times to treat the open wound and was told NO but of course that wasn’t put in my pets chart I practically begged him to focus on the open bleeding wound not the leg I already knew was broken the way this vet office treats animals is inhumane as someone who loves all animals this is wrong and they know it and I just know the comment to my review is gonna be them deflecting but if they look at the cameras from when I came in they will here me ask about fixing the open wound which I went in the room and brought back up five more times I even have witness as my mom called and my grandmother who all heard HIM not me say no to fix the very open wound on his belly Megan up front was helpful and the dark haired girl when I first came in was helpful as well everyone else was not Just to make this clear my main problem is with the vets both the one who treated my pet and the one I spoke to I only came here because it was my last option and the only ones open I’m not made of money and was trying to get them to help him with out breaking the bank so I could pay them EDIT: as of 11:30pm sir squeaky the fun loving shoe hating kitty cat has sadly passed after these horrible people sent him home saying he would be fine till I could get him to the humane society SAME DAY MIND YOU AFTER I WAS PROMISED HE WOULD MAKE IT AND SURVIVE THIS NOT AFTER WHAT THEY DID TO HIM
