Don’t waste your time or money
I had Pets Best insurance for my two dogs for years and the policies and experience were great. I recently got a policy for my new pup and the Customer Service has gone downhill drastically. I canceled my policy after one month because the claims process took several weeks for one simple claim, they kept claiming to need medical records, the vet then 5-6 times, they claimed to never receive them, even after one phone call they claimed they had been received, but waiting to go to the right department and then I guess those were lost somehow, what a complete waste of time and money. The company is horrible now.

I've adopted and rescued pets for over 60 years. I had not purchased pet insurance until 2025. A few months after purchasing insurance my pet was attacked by another dog. It took over 4 months for our Tinker Bella to completely heal from fractured bones in her foot.We saw the veterinary sometimes over 2 -3 times a week.
