So grateful
We purchased Trupanion insurance at the recommendation of our vet at our first appointment after adopting our rescue White German Shepherd Beau. The claim process is quick and reimbursement goes directly to the vet. Even when I have to file on my own, the response time is minimal. We had previously used a different pet insurance for our other dogs, but this has been so much better.

Rate the Ease of Claim at 11 if I could!
When signing up for insurance entirely from the app, it was a quick and easy process compared to the clunky process from other pet insurance companies.
My previous insurance was discounted through my work, but I was paying almost triple what I pay now with Lemonade, plus, with Lemonade, any money I don't claim gets donated if possible! And yes, I have the EXACT same coverage as my old insurance, and could customize it exactly how I want. Money I can feel good about spending.
And the claim process! I alsmost couldn't believe I did a claim! It was easy, quick, and done within seconds, money on it's way already to the bank! With my old insurance I had days and forms to fill out; with Lemonade, they cut straight to the point.

Surprisingly great insurance service
This company couldn't be better. All I have to do to submit a claim is take a photo of my vet invoice and upload it to my account. Responses are super fast (a day or two), and claims benefits are paid directly into my bank account.

Healthy Paws is a life saver!
Healthy Paws = peace of mind. My dog has always had various tummy issues and I can feel secure knowing that I can get her the care she needs and I'm covered. Healthy Paws is also super easy to use and submit claims with. Recommend highly!

Literally a Life Saver
Our wonderful pup, Bean, has struggled mightily with health issues since she we got her at 8 weeks. Both the normal illnesses that dogs struggle with, ear infections, etc. but about 2 years ago she was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that took both her eyes at the very young age of 3.5. Without our Healthy Paws insurance I don’t know if we couldn’t given her the best treatment. Today she is the happiest, most resilient puppy around and we owe such a debt to Healthy Paws. In addition, the process for reimbursement is so easy and fast I often ask myself why human medical insurance isn’t as easy.!
Great company and highly recommended to any pet owner!

Thank goodness
Thank goodness I got insurance for my puppy as soon as I brought him home! You just never know what life brings you, my puppy was seven months old when he got really sick from an inflamed lymph node. The bill added up so quickly in three days I had already accumulated over $8000, I was able to begin the claim as soon as he was admitted and the ease of communication with Lemonade was bar none and they were also able to communicate directly with The hospital my little guy was staying at. I could not be more grateful for them and their understanding during that hard time, the last thing I wanted to deal with was insurance but the ease made it so much easier! Please, please, please get insurance for your pet.
