Your company has tried to not refund to the customer with all excuses, I have paid from 11/24 to May/25 and I only took once for my pet routine check up before the expired the insurance 5/18/25 and I sent all the informations you told me by mail because I cannot handle computer. You are so bad with no integrity in running business. So disappointed.

Quick and Easy!
I always expect anything insurance related to be annoying and time-consuming but this has not been my experience with Spot! The coverage options are super clear and the app makes submitting a claim quick and easy. The time it takes to approve and pay out a claim is incredibly fast too. I did have one issue where the vet had to trim around my dog's ears because of frequent ear infections and Spot considered it "grooming" and therefore did not cover it, but otherwise coverage has been amazing, no questions asked. Highly recommend.

I was denied a claim a few months ago…
I was denied a claim a few months ago based on the fact that my dog was chocking and required an emergency exam. Embrace claims that without evidence of what went wrong or why, they denied the claim. Makes no sense at all!

I have not received my refund for Swopie as today date. It another second check for my initial refund on Smokie. I would appreciate if I could receive a call from an American Rep not from the outsourcing of calls to another country. Thank you

Pumpkin is the best!
So happy to have Pumpkin for insurance. They are a life saver. My dog ate a rock and surgery was over 8k. Thank goodness for Pumpkin. I only paid co-pay and percentage. Getting reimbursed was fast, directly deposited to my bank within 5 days with no questions asked. Uploading my documents to Pumpkin was fast and easy, and you get an email when they are received and reviewed. We couldn’t be happier with our insurance choice for our 3 dogs. We recommend Pumpkin to all our friends and family.

Healthy Paws Covers ACL Surgery
Healthy Paws helped us get our sweet girl Eloise's 2nd ACL surgery, it's a very expensive surgery, but with a few calls and emails I was able to set up a direct payment with our surgery team so we didn't have to carry the brunt of it while waiting for reimbursement. Don't have a pet without pet insurance, takes all the hard questions away when the accidents happen.
