Don’t do business with pets best
This is an awful company. They never pick up the phone. I was on hold for over three hours and never got a hold of anyone. They never call you back. They take forever to email you back. I had a very simple and easy claim. And they made it so hard on me. If you see them run. Do not do business with pets best

It is hard to get your help. You’re lucky if you have a good income. Trupanion has a premium you must pay every single month and then you have a deductible to meet each year for each pet you have in your family. Once you have met the deductible though, and your pet doesn’t have any health issues the first 30 days he/she gets covered by Trupanion. You have to have the money up front to pay the Vet, but Trupanion re-imburses you. Overall though, it’s a good decision to have insurance on your furry baby/furry babies.

ACL TPLO SURGERY
Moxie has now had 4 knee surgeries and a tendon surgery, along with lots of rehab. Throughout, Healthy Paws was outstanding, claims were so easy to submit and customer service was flawless.
Ok so the policy increased after the first claims which I fully understand, but was still worth every penny. We do have another dog on the policy and wouldn’t even consider another company. If you are thinking about signing up, look no further.

I love and respect your Company. I feel blessed that I signed up when Bella was a puppy. We would not still have her if we had not signed up the love of our life Bella. We recommend you to everyone one we talk too.
