The last claim I sent in was done promptly but they did not read the receipt correctly. I had prepaid for a the yearly worm stool test but had brought my dog in for a skin rash. The denied the claim and said the annual stool test was not cover (which I am aware of) but totally missed the reason for my visit.
The first time I faxed it I didn't hear anything. I should have known that you didn't receive it, because when I re-faxed it I heard right away that it was being processed. Thank you
