Long time to resolve
First claim had not been received before second one arrived. Talked to
First claim mailed was not received by the time the second one arrived. Talk to nice lady on the phone and she told me where to send an email with first claim. Sat for awhile before it said seeking information. Took long to say pending review. Then took awhile to say what I was receiving. Don’t know how long it takes to get a check but still waiting. Don’t want bank information on internet so still waiting for snail mail.

Great coverage once again
Once again excellent. My claim was submitted online, reviewed by you and the amount covered was deposited in my account in just about one weeks time. I walk my 2 Dogs almost every day at local parks and I talk to many fellow Dog lovers. I always ask them if they have health insurance for their Dogs and recommend Trupanion highly. I just talked to a person yesterday who walked her Dog past my house and she said she had insurance from another company and wasn't too happy with the coverage. After I told her how well Trupanion covers claims she said she was going to switch companies.

Wonderful service!
Pet's Best has been wonderful to work with. They process my claims quickly, and if it is taking a little longer than normal (pandemic related, or course), they always email me and let me know. Coco and I will stick with them!
