I'm not giving a review til I get my boxer back.i overreacted but I'm not use to animal clinics in Memphis. I think anyone can understand a dog is part of our family.this one is very special. I just want him to have the best treatment and all I see is great reviews. He's having hernia surgery. I just don't understand why the neutering. My brother takes him in over job reasons I can't even communicate right now.i'm just curious over the neutering. Just very concerned and I didn't appreciate them hitting him for a higher fee when we were already quoted the cost,but I'm only getting my information through him...I've heard great things but I have my questions.

An Excellent animal clinic - I seldom give 5 star reviews because I feel any of us can improve. The only area where Eastgate could improve is their follow-up. The front desk seems to either not make notes about things they should follow-up on, or, the Drs. don't communicate it to the front desk, OR, they are not very detailed oriented. Nevertheless, the staff are very compassionate, as are the Drs. and they are always every helpful. They have treated multiple dogs we have had over the years, as well as the ones we had to put down. They were very compassionate during those times and we very sensitive to us during that time. This is a great animal clinic! Highly recommend!

I went in a nervous wreck with my kitty-boy, but Dr. Bates and Nurse Lovely put my fears to rest right away! I was super impressed with the condition of the facilities, the efficiency of the front desk, the kind accommodation of my mobility issues, and the warm bedside manner! My cat's diagnosis was favorable and that's a plus, but I felt like they were attentive to my original observations that prompted me to bring him in. Thanks for a top-notch experience you two!

My entire family has been entrusting Dr. Balthrop, and all the fine people at Eastgate Animal Clinic, with all our fur babies for over two decades. They are incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and caring, and will always treat your pets like family.

I am a huge fan of Eastgate Animal Clinic! My Golden Retriever and my Irish Setter have been seen here from puppyhood into adulthood! My boys have now seen every doctor on staff at least once, and you can not go wrong. The staff is incredibly kind, and they genuinely care about their patients! I originally chose Eastgate Animal Clinic because they are Fear Free clinic, and my boys have thrived in this setting. They love going to the vet!
