Filing a claim was easy, being able to check status was easy, we received a decision in about two weeks and a refund check about a week later. This was our first time filing for an expensive service and it brings piece of mind knowing Pumpkin paid, just as outlined in our policy.

Kametria was simply outstanding! I had submitted a claim literally 9 times and the company continued to turn it down because it was processed incorrectly.
