Very Pleased

We recently purchased Embrace Pet Insurance for our Newfoundland puppy and our first interactions with the company have been great! Very easy to communicate and when submitting a Wellness Rewards claim we received our reimbersement quickly. I like the fact that they give you email updates when they receive your claim and when they mail your check.

Pet Health Insurance

We decided to take out insurance with this dog because our previous pet had needed expensive surgeries.

Fast Claim Payments

I send my claims electronically and they have all been processed the next day. They are the best and very helpful when you call. I just wish they had an annual limit amount for each illness instead of a lifetime amount. I have another dog that had cancer and we used up the $2,500 in benefits very quickly, I would pay more to have insurance that resets that amount each year.

FANTASTIC!

I am so pleased with Embrace coverage for my boys, Atlas and Shadow, two Weimaraners. These boys are brothers and we have had them since they were seven weeks old. They are challenging dogs, wonderful companions, beautiful athletes -- but boys will be boys. Every claim, whether it be wellness, illness or accident, has been processed quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I love the quick response time and the immediate follow-up by e-mail. I will recommend this to every pet owner I know and keep our boys covered for their lifetimes!

Very happy with Embrace!

I took Amy, my pug, in to my vet for some routine vacinations and during the visit, some other issues were found. Not knowing how submit the charges, I submitted my claim as a Wellnes Rewards claim. Once received, the Embrace representative, Sonya Harris, was kind enough to separate the the charges in to two claims (one for Wellnes and for the other issues. The claims were then processed, by representative, Laura Bennett. Though it took some extra time due to the separation of the claims, I was kept informed as to the status several times. After the claims were approved I received my Wellness refund with three days. I have been very impressed with the efficiency with how my wellness and ilnnes claims have been processed. The representatives have been awesone! I have peace of mind knowing that Embrace will be there for Amy and me!

Wonderful coverage and service

I signed both my dogs up for the "catastrophic" coverage ($1000 deductible) plus Wellness, which is a very good deal. Embrace customer service has been excellent, and payment for claims has been prompt. I highly recommend Embrace, which I selected after my veterinarian told me about it and I compared it to other insurance plans.

Excellent Service so far

I researched pet insurance quite thoroughly, and while I concluded that Embrace is a very good value, what sold me on it was all the consumer reviews about how good the service is. After having worked for many years in conjunction with the insurance industry, I know that lack of good service and claims representatives who don't care about doing the right thing can end up making a policy worthless. So far, the service of everyone at Embrace has not disappointed. Communication has been great and responses have been prompt. A plus is that it seems like everyone genuinely cares. Thanks and keep up the good work.

Trupanion comes through for Zeke!

I was in the first month of paid coverage for my dog Zeke when he tore his cranial cruciate ligament. Zeke had surgery involving a steel plate and pins, and Trupanion paid the claim within 2 weeks of my sending it in.

Healthy Paws is the real deal!

We decided in August 2012 (after a great deal of research) to go with Healthy Paws pet insurance for our two young mixed breed rescue dogs. Zoe (11 lbs.) is a yorkshire terrier mix and Mara (18 lbs.) is a mix of Chinese Crested and Boglen terrier. They are both very healthy dogs, but we wanted protection and peace of mind against unforseen injury or illness. Unfortunately, Zoe became ill October 17th, with vomiting and diarrhea. We took her to the vet that morning and a blood test revealed she had HGE (hemorrhagic gastroenteritis) and was dehydrated. She had to stay in the hospital for three days, with an IV and supportive treatment. Antibiotics, anti-nausea drugs, the works. She made a full recovery, but the cost of those three days came to $924.40, not something we can afford at one time. We paid the bill and I submitted the claim form, invoices and Zoe's records from the vet via e-mail to Healthy Paws. I e-mailed that info to them at 4:24 PM on 10/30/12 and I received a response that the claim was being processed at 9:56 AM the next morning. Wow! The Explanation of Benefits (EOB) attached to that e-mail was so clear and concise I could see exactly what was covered minus our deductible and what the amount of the check would be that we would receive in the mail. They covered everything exactly as they were supposed to, I wish MY healthcare company had it together enough to provide such a clear EOB. Even the wording of their e-mails were warm and personal, you get the feeling
